Loon QMS-IQA Kicks Off IQA Procedures to Offices

On March 14, 2025, the Internal Quality Auditors embark on a pivotal journey as they initiate the quality assessment processes within the Municipal Government of Loon started with the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office with the Team of 3 members from the IQA diving into their findings aligning with the ISO 9001:2015 Clauses and ensuring that each office maintains a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in service delivery. The audit process allows to evaluate existing practices, identify areas for enhancement, and reinforce dedication to transparency and accountability in local governance. By meticulously refining LGU’s processes, better service is expected to the community and highest quality standards in all municipal activities will be upheld.

This initiative is not just about certification; it’s about fostering a culture of quality that resonates throughout every department. LGU-Loon will strive for operational efficiency and improved public services that truly meet the needs of the constituents for this important milestone.
