The Municipality of Loon comes together in a profound moment of mourning as we pay our respects to the late Honorable Timoteo “Lokoy” L. Legitimas, our esteemed 15th Sangguniang Bayan Member. His dedicated service and unwavering commitment to our community will forever be remembered. As the flag flies at half-mast, it symbolizes not only our sorrow but also the legacy he leaves behind—one of compassion, leadership, and unwavering dedication to making Loon a better place for all.
The Mayor, Honorable Elvi Peter L. Relampagos on his profound message:
“The LGU Family expresses our sympathy and support to the bereaved Legitimas family. We have scheduled a vigil, morning till afternoon and it has been advised nga aduna tay misa for the late Kagawad Timoteo “Lokoy” Legitimas at 4:30 in the afternoon.
I had the opportunity to know well Kagawad Lokoy. We were together in different Sangguniang Bayan. I find him to be an interesting public servant–always smiling, kind, humble, compassionate and a very active dili kay sa iyang trabaho as a public servant leader but also aktibo diha sa Simbahan diha sa Parokya sa San Lorenzo. So niining tanan, we urged to join tanan dinhi sa atong Family to find time, spend time with our dear Kagawad Lokoy. He served our town well for 6 terms as Kagawad sa atong Lungsod so… Rest in Peace, Kagawad Lokoy Legitimas. God Bless you always ug kitang tanan, ampo ta for the eternal repose of Kagawad Lokoy. Thank you ug Maayong Buntag kanatong tanan.”
