Municipality of Loon Mayor Elvi Peter L. Relampagos presides over the joint meeting of the Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC) and Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC) recently held at the Loon Municipal Activity Center. In attendance were officials and personnel/representatives of LGU-based national agencies that included DILG-MLGOO; PNP Loon Station headed by Chief of Police PMaj Rey Olar; Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP); RMFB7-702nd Maneuver Company; 47IB, 3ID PA; CNCMH; LGU-Loon municipal heads of departments and offices; public school district supervisors; school heads and principals; and representatives of sectoral groups and organizations. Issues and concerns tackled in the meeting included among others peace and order, safety and security, anti-illegal drugs campaign, and crime prevention and control.
