Zumba has a multitude of benefits and is a full-body workout that encourages everyone to jive, sweat, meet co-workers of different offices and enjoy the exercise. It is a great alternative to traditional fitness programs in a dance style which can be taken up by people of all age groups. It promotes flexibility, metabolism, strength, better posture and endurance hence, LGU-Loon fosters health and camaraderie participated by LGU employees led by BISU-Calape students. The said session will be held every Friday afternoon of the week.
