The Barangay Newly-Elected Officials (BNEO) for Grassroots Renewal And Empowerment for Accountable And Transparent (GREAT) Barangays Program is designed to prepare the new set of barangay officials to meet the challenges and objectives in the political and administrative leadership at the barangay and community level. It is facilitated by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) – Loon, through MLGOO Glenda A. Laude, and the Liga ng mga Barangay – Loon Chapter, headed by Loon LnB president, Noel Y. Laniba, in coordination with the Local Government Unit of Loon, Bohol.
